What we collect

Account details (name, email), project information (briefs, footage, messages), and payment metadata needed to operate the marketplace. Large video files are stored in secure object storage, not in email.

Why we collect it

To match Creators with Editors, process escrowed payments, deliver and review cuts, and protect both sides through our dispute process.

Where data lives

We host in the EU (Hetzner, Falkenstein) by default. Payment and payout flows involve third-party processors, who receive only the data needed to move money.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations. Contact us to exercise these rights.
